Shipping policy

OnlyTheReal National Shipping & International Shipping Policy

Only The Real Clothing items are made-to-order therefore, it can take around 2-3 weeks to manufacture items. Each piece is unique, and hand manufactured to perfection. Due to high demand, you may experience longer wait times. 

Processing typically takes 1-2 weeks to prepare for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on inventory. 

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS and DHL. Please note the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. This includes those who select express shipping. 

Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control. Some orders may experience delays due to holidays & pandemic. 

You will receive tracking once the order ships. 

International customers are responsible for duty and tax on delivery. Duty and tax may vary by country. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available.

Our commitment is to get your fashion to you swiftly and efficiently. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process. After an order has been placed you automatically agree to our shipping policy

Ready-to-Ship (PREMADE) Items: Allow us a maximum of 2 BUSINESS weeks to process and dispatch your order. If customers chargeback, with out the maximum days being reached. The chargeback should be automatically overturned.

Pre-Order Products: For items on pre-orders, please expect a shipping timeframe of 25-75 business days following the closure of the pre-order period, which typically ends on Fridays for that week's lineup. This time is due to production process, we appreciate the patience.

If customers chargeback during the preorder period, with out the maximum days being reached. The chargeback should be automatically overturned.

International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by OnlyTheReal and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Package Responsibility: Once we hand over your parcel to USPS, UPS, or DHL, Only The Real is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist you with the carrier's claim process to help locate any misplaced items. 

Processing Time

All pre made orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-75 business days.

  • After processing, items typically arrive within the following timeframe: Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary. We do our best to ensure that your products reach you in the quoted time, but external factors can cause delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All tracking information can be found in the tracking section on our website. Just enter your details to see the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OnlyTheReal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 

OnlyTheReal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
